B. Refund & Replacement Policy
  • Because our product is a food-grade consumable, we can only accept returns or replacements in specific cases:
Eligible for Replacement:
  • Product delivered is damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Not Eligible for Refund/Return:
  • If the product is opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • If the return request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
